How do I verify my account?
Sign up with your .ac.uk email address. We'll send you a verification link. Click it to verify your account. Only verified UK university students can use GrabStays.
Is it free to list my room?
Yes! Listing your room is completely free. There are no fees, no commissions, and no hidden charges. GrabStays is 100% free for students.
How do I contact a listing owner?
Click 'Send message' on any listing. You'll be able to message the owner directly through our secure messaging system. All users are verified students.
Can I edit or delete my listing?
Yes! Go to your dashboard, click on 'My Listings', and you can edit or delete any of your listings at any time.
How long do listings stay active?
Listings automatically expire after 7 days. You can always create a new listing or edit your existing one to extend its visibility.
What if I encounter a problem?
Report any suspicious activity or issues through our contact form. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
